What We Can Do for You

Governing Agencies
It is important to understand that almost all helicopter accidents are the result of either poor maintenance, failed parts or in rarer cases pilot error. The reason for higher losses attributed to maintenance and parts is due to the fact that helicopters have hundreds of moving parts and when any one part fails, it can have a domino effect, causing a catastrophic crash. By nature of the way a helicopter operates, it is inherently unstable when compared to an airplane. The dynamics of how the flight controls work and the weight of the helicopter affect its' stability and airworthiness. All of these factors make helicopter accidents challenging to investigate. Today civilian helicopter accidents are investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). We work with the experts and accident reconstructionists to determine why the helicopter accident happened and why the loss occurred.  If you need our team on your side, call us day or night at 1-800-862-1260.
