Attention:

If your Lemon Law case or Diminished Value case is accepted by the Law Firm the following rates and fees are now required as of Jan. 1, 2011.

A $500 non-refundable fee is due at contracting to cover the required expert fee to inspect your vehicle and for his report and findings on your vehicle and to cover the fees and expense of an initial letter of representation from the Law Firm and a Demand Packet to the manufacture of the vehicle on Lemon Law Cases or the defendant driver on Diminished Value Cases.

If your Lemon Law Case or Diminished Value Case is successful and a cash settlement is obtained the Law Firm is paid an additional 20 % of any and all recovery and you the client would receive 80% of any such recovery.  If no recovery is made then no other fees or expenses are due from you to the Firm.

Diminution of Value is that amount of Value Loss that can occur when a vehicle is wrecked or damaged in an accident. Even though your vehicle has been repaired and restored back to a roadworthy condition, the truth is that your vehicle is just not worth what it was just seconds before the accident and it's just never going to be the same.
We have found that a car's value can decrease after an accident by 15% to 50% because it had been involved in an accident requiring significant repairs. Even though repairs may have been made properly, there is a loss of value due to inherent diminished value. Should repairs be done poorly, and not up to industry standards, there may be additional repair related diminished value.

Our Law Firm has successfully represented owners of vehicles on Diminution Claims from Fords to Mercedes.

The following are just few of the factors that will determine the Value Loss:
  • Overall percentage of damage to the car versus its original value.
  • Year, make or model.
  • Any frame damage.
  • Use of non-OEM parts. Parts that are not the original parts placed on the car by the manufacturer.
