Attorney Anna Shaw graduated from Trinity University and earned her law degree at St. Mary’s Law School after completing graduate school at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Mrs. Shaw volunteers her time and expertise with numerous charities and community organizations in South Texas.
She served as a Fiesta Commission Member and as a Former Commissioner for Fiesta San Antonio. Additionally, she and her family support the Angel Tree Foundation, the Rey Feo Scholarship Fund and the San Antonio Food Bank. "I enjoy San Antonio for its close home-town feel," said Mrs. Shaw. "The best thing about San Antonio is that it doesn’t feel like a big city."
What is most personally rewarding for Mrs. Shaw is helping individuals and families get through difficult situations. "My philosophy on delivering customer service is that it be done with compassion, a smile and positive feedback," she said.
When she has time to relax, she enjoys equestrian sports, martial arts and traveling! Perfect resume for a mom with two active young boys! If she had not become a lawyer, she would have pursued genetic engineering.
Last concert she went to? Lady Gaga!
