These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, landing pages, and online services operated by Carabin Shaw (“Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively referred to as the “Site.”

6. Privacy

14. Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

15. Scope of Agreement

These Terms govern use of the Site. Any separate engagement agreement governs legal representation and controls in the event of a conflict concerning that representation.
