Attorney Sandra Laurel earned her BBA in finance at St. Mary’s University. A bilingual native of Laredo, Laurel earned her law degree from St. Mary’s School of Law. Her main area of practice is civil litigation for personal injury cases.
“The best part of my job is helping people,” says Attorney Laurel. Prior to earning her doctorate degree of Jurisprudence, she considered becoming a medical doctor. She attributes her medical interest to leading her to the rewarding career as a practicing personal lawyer.
Attorney Laurel says the best part about living in San Antonio is the Hispanic culture and community. She has given her time to help out on various charitable causes and has served on many boards in San Antonio, those being August Heart, Any Baby Can, San Antonio Zoo, Susan G. Komen (San Antonio affiliate), Young Men’s Service League, Parents Club San Antonio Academy and is active in her church, Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. When Attorney Laurel has time, she enjoys traveling and skeet shooting.
