Motorcyclist Hospitalized With Life-Threatening Injuries After West-Side Crash
According to a report from News4SanAntonio, a motorcyclist was critically injured after a crash on the West Side Sunday morning.¹
Police say the accident happened at around 10:35 a.m. Sunday, May 10th, at the intersection of South General McMullen and Castroville Road near Las Palmas Shopping Center.
Authorities reported that a senior driver was turning into the H-E-B parking lot when he struck a motorcyclist traveling through the intersection. Witnesses told police the motorcyclist had the right of way and that the pickup turned on a yellow signal.
The motorcyclist, a man believed to be between 30 and 35 years old, suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital.
No other injuries were reported, and no charges are expected to be filed.
