Woman in Her 60s Killed in T-Bone Accident in the Stone Oak Area
According to a KSAT News report, an elderly woman was tragically killed in a T-bone collision Monday morning.¹
Police reported the accident happened at around 11 a.m. Monday, August 3rd, in the 22800 block of Hardy Oak Boulevard near Sable Canyon on San Antonio’s North Side.
Investigators say the woman, who was in her 60s, was attempting to exit a neighborhood and turn south onto Hardy Oak Boulevard when her vehicle was struck by a northbound vehicle.
Firefighters extracted the woman from her vehicle and first responders attempted life-saving measures, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver, identified as a teenage girl, was transported to a local hospital for evaluation and is expected to recover.
